Job Description

The Business Systems Analysis Advisor will implement and optimize PTC Windchill PLM solutions, requiring over 7 years of experience in Windchill PLM applications. Strong documentation skills and the ability to gather business requirements are essential. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology is required. Responsibilities include conducting workshops, managing change workflows, and developing test plans.

Job Responsibility

  • Implementing, configuring, and optimizing PTC Windchill PLM solutions
  • Conduct workshops and document user stories, functional specifications, and business processes
  • Define and configure Windchill workflows, lifecycles, and CAD/ERP integrations, prioritizing OOTB solutions over customization
  • Develop test plans, execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and validate system functionality

Requirements

  • 7+ years of overall experience in Windchill PLM application i.e implementing, configuring, and optimizing PTC Windchill PLM solutions
  • Strong Experience in PTC Windchill PDMLink, Option & Variants, MPM Link, Workflow, OIR, InfoEngine Task customization & configuration
  • Strong experience in gathering business requirements, manage change workflows, and map Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) capabilities to business needs
  • Strong experience to Conduct workshops and document user stories, functional specifications, and business processes
  • Define and configure Windchill workflows, lifecycles, and CAD/ERP integrations, prioritizing OOTB solutions over customization
  • Proven experience with PTC Windchill (PDM, PLM), including BOM management and Change management
  • Excellent documentation skills (user stories, functional specs) and process mapping capability
  • Develop test plans, execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and validate system functionality
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related
