The Business Systems Analysis Advisor will be responsible for gathering and translating MES business requirements into functional specifications while coordinating with various teams. The role requires a strong understanding of manufacturing workflows and experience in MES environments. Candidates should possess excellent communication and project management skills. Job Responsibility:

  • Gather and translate MES business requirements into functional specifications
  • Coordinate with developers, QA, and plant operations teams
  • Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables
  • Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies (if acting as Scrum Master)
  • Support MES system deployment, enhancements, and production issues
  • Document processes, user stories, and SOPs

Requirements:

  • Experience with MES platforms (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens, Wonderware, Camstar)
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows: production, quality, scheduling, inventory
