We are seeking an enthusiastic, confident, and highly organised Business Support Peripatetic Team Leader to join our dynamic service, providing flexible leadership across a range of teams. Job Responsibility:

  • Providing flexible leadership across a range of teams
  • Operating as a peripatetic leader, stepping into different team settings to provide support where it is most needed
  • Working closely with local managers to maintain high standards, embed best practice, and drive continuous improvement
  • Leading a team deployed across a variety of short-term support assignments
  • Ensuring service delivery and team performance remain consistently strong

Requirements:

  • Have experience leading administrative or business support teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Can quickly adapt to new settings, systems and people
  • Build positive relationships with ease—supporting colleagues and engaging with a wide range of stakeholders
