Job Description

This is a critical, customer-obsessed role at the frontline of Mollie's mission. You'll be the first point of contact for our merchants, ensuring they get the excellent support they need to succeed and grow. Your impact is immediate: you help make our customers proud to work with us by providing outstanding, proactive service. You'll do more than just answer questions - you'll be the voice of the customer, using their feedback to drive real, innovative changes within Mollie. This role is about listening, solving problems fast, and making a direct contribution to the customer experience. Join our team in Maastricht to own the success of our growing merchant base.

Job Responsibility

  • Act as the first point of contact across live chat, email, and phone to resolve customer inquiries quickly and effectively
  • Proactively advise customers on Mollie products that fit their activities and help boost their online and offline presence and revenue
  • Contribute to improving the customer experience by providing actionable feedback and proposing innovative solutions to internal teams
  • Listen closely to customer feedback and challenges to align our support efforts with Mollie's mission of being customer-obsessed.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • Ability to easily adapt to changing environments and quickly grasp new information and processes
  • A fast learner who can take on complex problems and rapidly find solutions
  • An easy communicator with a knack for clarifying complex topics and maintaining a human connection.
