Join our talented Shared Services team at yourtown to support the outcome retention of the Inclusive Employment Australia(IEA) & Transition to Work program (TTW). The Business Support Specialist is responsible for the timely processing of eligible Wage Subsidies & other government incentives, client expenditure and all revenue claims ensuring they are in line with compliance requirements. This is a Parental Leave cover position with an end date of 04 January 2027.
Job Responsibility:
Identifying eligible wage subsidy opportunities and create wage subsidy agreements in a timely manner
Providing oversight of post placement support verification to ensure claims and appropriate wage subsidies and other government incentives are maximised
IEA & TTW outcome and service fee claiming
Conduct administrative activities consistent with contractual and legislative requirements and ensure accurate records are maintained & filled securely
Nurture effective relationships with employers to encourage repeat business, and a high level of placement support for our employers on wage subsidies
Ensure all wage subsidies and other government payment incentive commitments are processed in accordance with evidence guidelines and within the required time frames
Provide guidance to employers and the team on labour market concepts, opportunities, and employer incentives
Requirements:
Experience in Employment Services, training or case management is preferred
Demonstrated financial acumen and a high level of attention to detail
Well developed interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with a wide range of people
Strong time management skills, organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities
Strong computer literacy, administrative skills and demonstrated attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality
