The Business Support Specialist manages People Operations activities in HR software systems, ensuring tasks like Change Requests, Reporting, and System Support are effectively handled. They lead the full lifecycle of business support tasks, collaborate with other teams to deliver consistent service, and proactively identify areas for improvement. They also mentor colleagues, support data maintenance, and contribute to high-quality service delivery frameworks.
Job Responsibility:
you manage People Operations activities in your assigned area (e.g., Change Requests, Testing, System Support, Reporting, Project Activities)
you lead and coordinate the full lifecycle of business support tasks – from gathering requirements to testing and final implementation
you work closely with Digital People Domain and People Services teams and Project Team, ensuring consistent service delivery across countries
you run triage meetings with stakeholders, gathering input and helping drive quick and effective decisions
you identify areas for improvement in our support processes and actively contribute to making them more efficient and user-friendly
you support data maintenance and release planning, ensuring smooth operations and minimal disruption
you provide input into our service delivery frameworks and help ensure they are followed and continuously improved
you mentor and support colleagues by sharing your expertise, helping them grow while ensuring high-quality delivery of assigned tasks
Requirements:
you are familiar with SF, GV (SAP) and ServiceNow systems
you have an analytical mindset and can identify interdependencies between processes
you are focused on continuous improvement and enjoy finding creative, non-standard solutions
you are accurate, independent, and have strong organizational skills
you enjoy sharing your knowledge and supporting less experienced colleagues, acting as a buddy and mentor when needed
you take ownership of your work and are committed to delivering results that align with team and organizational goals
you are fluent in English and feel confident working in a digital and fast-paced environment
knowledge of data analysis and reporting in Power BI is an asset
experience with VBA will be considered a strong advantage
