We’re looking for a highly organised Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Berrinba and support key promotional and franchise operations. In this fast-paced role, you’ll play a critical part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data across our systems for the Franchise Brands team. You’ll work closely with our franchise network, supporting promotional campaigns and ensuring seamless execution through timely and precise data management. Job Responsibility
Accurately enter, update, and maintain large volumes of data
Manage and analyse information using Salesforce CRM platform
Support the coordination and execution of promotional activities across franchise brands
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure data consistency and campaign success
Identify and resolve discrepancies with a strong focus on quality and efficiency
Requirements
Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of data accuracy
Previous experience in an administrative or data-focused role
Exposure to Salesforce or CRM systems (highly regarded)
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
Confident communicator who can liaise with stakeholders across the business
