Job Responsibility:
Managing complex diaries for senior management and coordinating high-level meetings
Raising Purchase Orders, processing invoices, and assisting with various procurement tasks
Collating data for analysis and preparing presentations and correspondence
Maintaining accurate records and systems to ensure governance compliance across the branch
Tracking and following up on business activities to meet strict quality standards
Requirements:
Prior Local Government experience is highly desirable
Proficiency in SAP / SAP Ariba and Records Manager is highly desirable
Proven ability to plan and prioritise tasks in a dynamic, high-pressure environment
Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage structured documentation
Ability to handle sensitive information with complete confidentiality
A current Criminal History Check is mandatory
