Job Responsibility

  • Where necessary, be the first line of contact when dealing with general enquiries relating to Community Advice and Support
  • To exhibit a high level of organisational skills, resilience, communication skills and attention to detail being able to adjust priorities as necessary to accommodate new pressures/frequent changes in circumstances understanding any relevant statutory timescales that are required
  • To maintain where necessary generic mailboxes within the service area, responding to service queries from internal and external customers and investigate further for supporting evidence when needed
  • Lead on Tenant Satisfaction Surveys for the Community Advice and Support Teams
  • Assist with the Verification of applicants on the housing register
  • Process Invoices in a timely manner
  • To assist teams across Community Advice and Support on special projects where necessary

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills at all levels
  • Meeting minute taking experience both in person and across digital platforms
  • A flexible outlook and attitude to working in a customer focused team
  • Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Be able to work on their own initiative and excellent attention to detail
  • Competent computer skills and efficient in using Microsoft Office IT packages including Excel
  • Ability to communicate effectively both face-to-face and via the telephone or meeting platforms
  • Assist with projects when required
