Where necessary, be the first line of contact when dealing with general enquiries relating to Community Advice and Support
To exhibit a high level of organisational skills, resilience, communication skills and attention to detail being able to adjust priorities as necessary to accommodate new pressures/frequent changes in circumstances understanding any relevant statutory timescales that are required
To maintain where necessary generic mailboxes within the service area, responding to service queries from internal and external customers and investigate further for supporting evidence when needed
Lead on Tenant Satisfaction Surveys for the Community Advice and Support Teams
Assist with the Verification of applicants on the housing register
Process Invoices in a timely manner
To assist teams across Community Advice and Support on special projects where necessary
Requirements
Excellent communication skills at all levels
Meeting minute taking experience both in person and across digital platforms
A flexible outlook and attitude to working in a customer focused team
Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Be able to work on their own initiative and excellent attention to detail
Competent computer skills and efficient in using Microsoft Office IT packages including Excel
Ability to communicate effectively both face-to-face and via the telephone or meeting platforms
Assist with projects when required
