Lead our Business Support team, driving HR, Finance, Marketing, and Compliance. Shape strategy, inspire growth, and make a real impact on the company’s success. This is a high-impact role where you’ll oversee critical functions including HR, Finance, Marketing, Compliance, Front of House, Administration, and IT, ensuring seamless operations and continuous improvement across the organisation.
Job Responsibility:
Strategic Leadership: Manage and motivate a multi-disciplinary team, embedding a culture of excellence and innovation
HR Partnership: Work closely with Directors and external HR consultants to deliver strategic HR initiatives, support line managers, and champion our values
Finance Oversight: Supervise finance operations, monitor KPIs, and provide insightful reporting to the Senior Management Team
Marketing Direction: Collaborate with marketing consultants and guide the Marketing & Admin Assistant to deliver impactful campaigns
Client Experience: Ensure new client enquiries are handled promptly and professionally, supporting growth and client satisfaction
Facilities & Compliance: Maintain a premium front-of-house experience, manage building maintenance, health & safety, and regulatory compliance
IT Coordination: Oversee technology needs, liaise with external providers, and drive improvements to streamline processes
People Development: Conduct performance reviews, create growth plans, and foster continuous learning within the team
Special Projects: Lead strategic initiatives and projects as directed by the Board
Requirements:
Proven experience managing central support or business services teams
HR knowledge (including basic employment law) and office administration expertise
Commercial acumen with a continuous improvement mindset
Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels
Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and cloud-based systems
Ability to work autonomously, prioritise effectively, and make sound decisions
Nice to have:
HR qualifications and/or experience in accountancy or professional services
