Job Responsibility
Serve as the owner's right hand, helping manage day-to-day business operations
Manage and prioritize email, communications, and key follow-ups
Coordinate calendar, travel, meetings, and scheduling
Support financial visibility and assist with accounting-related tasks
Work with outside attorneys to coordinate legal matters and provide documentation
Help organize and execute growth initiatives including new locations and franchising
Assist with business programs and partnerships the owner is involved in
Coordinate with banks and lenders on credit lines and financing needs
Keep projects moving forward by tracking priorities and ensuring execution
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or similar
2–5+ years in business operations, executive administration, accounting, or related role
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Strong communication skills with ability to think independently
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction
Strong judgement and thrives having multi-task responsibilities
Nice to have
Experience supporting an executive or founder
Interest in entrepreneurship, franchising, or scaling businesses
Hands-on experience supporting the success of a business directly
