This company are the largest consortia for independent travel businesses, they drive and support initiatives to help their members develop and grow their businesses. They encompass a network of over 1200 independent travel businesses and the Business Support Executive’s role is to provide members with guidance and support with banking queries, insurance, regulatory matters, and overall compliance with membership terms.
Job Responsibility:
Compliance duties which include data entry of monthly returns, reporting and chasing outstanding returns, identifying, and resolving issues with member accounts
Administration of new memberships include system set up, insurances, & completion of required forms and documentation
Operational support to include responding to calls & emails into the department and resolving queries efficiently & effectively
Regular and ad hoc reporting for members and key stakeholders
General operational and administrative department support
Requirements:
Experience in a customer service role within travel, insurance, banking etc
Strong ability to manage and prioritise workload with excellent accuracy & attention to detail
Ability to work autonomously, to take responsibility in making decisions and problem solve
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and an ability to build strong working relationships with members
