Job Responsibility:
Creating minutes, letters, reports and professional correspondence
Coordinating diaries, meetings and delivering a warm, professional front‑of‑house service
Updating work plans, running performance reports, and keeping data accurate
Processing invoices, supporting uniform/PPE orders, and maintaining office systems
Handling customer enquiries and liaising confidently with internal teams and external partners
Keeping records up to date and ensuring all information is handled confidentially
Requirements:
Strong admin experience and confidence with Microsoft Office
A friendly, assertive and professional communication style
Excellent organisation and the ability to juggle priorities
A proactive, adaptable mindset - you enjoy solving problems and keeping things moving
Understanding of GDPR, confidentiality, equality and safeguarding principles
