Job Description:

This Business Support Coordinator role sits within a small but collaborative business support team and plays a key part in keeping operations running smoothly. You will be responsible for managing the shared mailbox, processing SAP transactions or purchase orders, supporting monthly billing reconciliation, and coordinating PPE for project managers and internal staff

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage the Business Support mailbox, actioning requests to ensure a quick turnaround
  • Raise purchase orders, create WBS workbooks, and complete SAP transactions accurately
  • Support monthly billing reconciliation and ensure data is correct across SAP and Siebel
  • Purchase and manage PPE for project managers and internal staff, including issuing and tracking loan PPE
  • Assist with stand‑over service charges and proactive payment escalations
  • Work with internal stakeholders and occasionally field service providers
  • Provide general administrative support as required across the team

Requirements:

  • Must have experience in Billing and understand the billing process
  • Strong Excel skills
  • SAP experience – good to have but not required
  • Strong logical thinking: able to reason, troubleshoot, and try different approaches
  • Able to commit to the full 12-month duration of assignment
  • High attention to detail and confidence working with data
  • A team‑first attitude, reliable, punctual, consistent, and collaborative
