The Business Support Associate will manage administrative activities and facilitate communication between teams. Candidates should have 2-3 years of experience in administrative support, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office. Job Responsibility:
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events
Prepare reports, presentations, and maintain documentation
Track action items and follow up with stakeholders for closure
Handle vendor coordination and basic procurement activities
Maintain databases, trackers, and MIS reports
Support onboarding documentation and internal administrative processes
Requirements:
2–3 years of experience in Administration / Coordination
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively across teams
Good time management and problem-solving skills
Experience working in a corporate environment preferred
