We are looking for a committed Business Support Assistant to join our Early Help and Prevention Service providing high‑quality administrative support that keeps the service running smoothly and professionally.
Job Responsibility:
Provide a pivotal role in the day-to-day running of the Family Hub
Greet family hub users and professionals
Ensure the smooth operational running of the 0-19 Early Help and Prevention Service's business processes within the Family Hub
Requirements:
Experience in an administrative role, ideally within children's or family services
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint)
Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workloads
A proactive, flexible approach and the ability to work independently
Awareness of safeguarding, GDPR and health & safety requirements
The ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English
Nice to have:
Experience of working in a Family Hub or facilitating a building/venue is desirable
