Providing efficient and effective administrative support to frontline line support staff. Your administrative expertise and strong customer service skills will stand out in this role, where you’ll show initiative, adaptability, and professionalism. Job Responsibility:
Managing mailboxes
Updating and maintaining digital records
Uploading essential information to database
Attending allocation meetings and team meetings
Taking accurate notes during meetings
Booking interpreters
Requirements:
A proactive individual with strong literacy, numeracy, and IT skills
Driven to deliver high-quality outcomes while focusing on customers and children
Organised and detail-focused, with the ability to meet tight deadlines
Comfortable communicating across various levels and handling sensitive subject matter
Resourceful, solving problems independently with confidence and minimal supervision
Committed to working in a flexible, forward-thinking, and team-oriented environment
Must reside within a suitable commutable distance around Birmingham
Have the correct right-to-work documents to work in the UK
