Business support analyst

3-10 years of exposure/experience in global client support along with customer focused approach. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience in handling customer/Client via email/Ticketing System/Telephone call. Understands Service Level agreement and work accordingly to ensure Service Levels are met and exceeded at all times. Good knowledge of any structured query language. Must be able to relate business logic and traverse through Database to analyses data as part of day-to-day troubleshooting. Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities within the defined deadlines. Quick learner, must be open to learn new technology required to support business. Must be open to work in a 24X7 environment on rotational basis. Must be a team player and have a proven track record to deliver through exceptions
