Job Responsibility

  • Lead and manage the Business Support & Analysis team, taking full ownership of the team’s remit, mentorship, and professional development
  • Act as the lead for key business requirements, identifying root causes and designing solutions for complex business problems
  • Partner with Change Managers to provide PMO and project management support for high-impact integration and transformation projects
  • Take accountability for critical business support processes, including client engagement (RFPs, DDQs) and governance frameworks (Design Authorities, Working Groups)
  • Work alongside business operations teams (IT, People, Finance, Legal) on strategic technology and governance initiatives
  • Develop a deep understanding of the firm’s business model and industry to lead increasingly complex projects that drive global competitiveness

Requirements

  • 4-5+ years of proven experience in business analysis, business support, project management, or consulting
  • A proven track record of managing a Business Support or Analysis team with a focus on collective achievement
  • Hands-on experience within change and project management, specifically regarding operational and organizational change
  • Business language fluency in English (verbal and written) with first-class presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient business user of MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel) and comfortable in a fast-moving corporate environment
