Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the gathering of business requirements and drive initiatives to solve complex operational problems
  • Partner with Change Managers to provide essential PMO support for integration projects, taking full ownership of specific workstreams
  • Collaborate with Business Operations teams on strategic technology, governance, and operational initiatives
  • Manage and own key Business Support processes, including client engagement (RFP and DDQ completion) and business analysis forums (Design Authorities, Working Groups)
  • Develop a deep understanding of the business model and industry to handle increasingly complex projects and deliver tangible impact for the Group

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of proven experience in business analysis, business support, project management, or consulting
  • Demonstrated experience in change and project management, including leading support processes like RFPs or systems design authorities
  • A strong understanding of diverse business processes and the ability to solve problems creatively
  • Business language fluency in English (verbal and written) with first-class presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving corporate environment and a focus on team achievement over individual goals
  • Proficient business user of MS Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel
