We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Business Support Administrator to join our Invercargill office. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys variety in their day. If you take pride in your work and can confidently handle everything from document control and financial processing to health & safety and HR support, we want to hear from you. This is a part-time role approximately 18-25 hours per week, with flexibility for the right candidate.
Job Responsibility:
Project set up, documentation and coordination
Process, format, file, and manage documents across Word and shared systems. Including preparing and editing policies and procedures updates
Assisting our BSM for end of month invoicing, fortnightly payroll and project expense entry
Providing other administrative and office management support
Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative support across multiple business functions
Strong organisational and communication skills
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, including Word templates, formatting, styles, and structured documents and shared document systems
Experience with financial systems such as Xero would be an advantage, but is not essential
A team player who can work independently when needed, and enjoys a good laugh along the way
