Job Description

Business Support Administrator to join our Central Services division based at our head office in Sevenoaks, Kent. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a collaborative shared service team that provides essential administrative support across the business, helping our operational teams focus on delivering outstanding services to our customers.

Job Responsibility

  • Processing Electronic Timesheet System (ETS) data for employees and subcontractors
  • Managing subcontractor onboarding and offboarding processes through Oracle
  • Supporting the management and coordination of the company's Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) process
  • Managing and responding to shared inboxes
  • Reconciling annual leave records across Oracle HR, ETS and iCON systems
  • Producing and analysing ETS exception reports
