Job Responsibility
Processing Electronic Timesheet System (ETS) data for employees and subcontractors
Managing subcontractor onboarding and offboarding processes through Oracle
Supporting the management and coordination of the company's Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) process
Managing and responding to shared inboxes
Reconciling annual leave records across Oracle HR, ETS and iCON systems
Producing and analysing ETS exception reports
