Job Responsibility:
Provide day-to-day office administration support including reception duties, inbox management, calls, and meeting room bookings
Coordinate office supplies, kitchen restocking, mail, deliveries, and courier services
Liaise with building management and contractors to ensure smooth running of office and maintenance requirements
Support new employee onboarding by setting up desks and preparing starter packs, while also managing stocktakes and ordering of merchandise, uniforms, and PPE
Maintain the travel inbox and coordinate employee travel requirements
Manage audiometry bookings and support employee records management
Organise and assist with internal activities including cultural events, and team building functions
Raise and process purchase orders, requisitions, expense claims, supplier setups, and stock receipting
Provide general support to the Business Support Team Leader and wider team on adhoc projects and tasks
Requirements:
Cert IV Business Administration is required but not essential
Successfully completed high school education or higher
12 months experience in a similar role preferably within the mining industry
Accounts administration experience is preferable but not essential
A valid driver's license
Computer and data entry skills
The ability to understand and follow instructions
Good time management and organisational skills
Excellent work ethic and a proactive approach with a willingness to learn and grow
