Business Support Administrator

• Systems & Finance: Use SAP daily to raise Purchase Orders (POs), perform reconciliation, and maintain accurate pricing data
• Site Access & Security: Manage the site boom gates and serve as the first point of contact for visitor arrivals and compliance
• Procurement & Inventory: Full ownership of ordering and maintaining stocks of PPE, office equipment, and essential inventory for production and distribution
• Data & Ad-hoc Support: Utilise Intermediate Excel (data tracking/sorting/maintenance) to assist various departments with reporting and administrative projects
• Facility Coordination: Book and manage maintenance services for the site to ensure all equipment and facilities remain operational

• SAP Experience: Prior experience using SAP for POs or data management is essential
• Technical Literacy: Competent in the MS Office Suite with Intermediate Excel skills
• Versatility: Comfortable greeting a CEO as reconciling a complex spreadsheet or managing site access
• Communication: Clear, professional communication skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving

A relevant qualification or certificate in Business Administration is preferred although not required if you have the required experience
