Job Responsibility:
Communicate effectively with customers, promoting a positive image of the Council and resolving queries within your remit
Complete a wide range of administrative tasks using a suite of tailored software & machinery
Reprographic work including printing, copying, enveloping, & scanning
Communicate and build relationships with external stakeholders and internal customers
Identify and recommend improvements within your role or team
Review your own work for accuracy and completeness
Requirements:
Good communication skills and accurate attention to detail
Educated to GCSE / NVQ2 standard or equivalent, including in English and Maths
Keen to learn and able to juggle priorities effectively, often with conflicting demands
Caring and helpful and able to work as part of a team
Customer focused and has a can-do attitude
