The Special Missions (SpM) Business Support Admin Assistant reports to the Special Missions Support Admin Supervisor. You are responsible for the provision of administrative and business support duties to the SpM Management Team.
Job Responsibility:
Assisting with day-to-day SpM financial issues
Organising meetings
Managing Excel financial databases and records
Preparing customer invoices, quotes, and associated documents
Preparing customer reports and statistics
Answering the telephone, managing calls, and taking messages
Flight hours verification for billing
Booking and monitoring HOTAC, Transport
Processing new starters and leavers including sending joining instructions
Tracking purchases, equipment signed out to crew, and uniform ordering
Requirements:
Previous admin experience
Can work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Have a can-do attitude
Applicants must be able to demonstrate the Right to Work in the UK
A driving license is preferred
Nice to have:
Previous finance experience is desired
