Job Description:

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Teacher of Business Studies to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will be passionate about delivering high-quality teaching and ensuring that all students achieve excellent outcomes. Job Responsibility:

Plan, resource and deliver lessons and sequences of lessons to the highest standard, ensuring meaningful learning takes place and students make rapid and sustained progress
Continuously develop and refine your own teaching practice to reach a level of advanced proficiency
Fully implement academy routines and teaching techniques that support a culture of high expectations and strong student outcomes
Contribute to enrichment opportunities, extra-curricular activities and programmes that raise student aspirations
Provide daily pastoral tutoring and support to a form group
Contribute positively to the effective day-to-day working of the academy

Requirements:

Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and a passion for Business Studies
Be committed to delivering high-quality teaching and learning
Have high expectations of students’ behaviour and academic achievement
Be eager to contribute to the wider life of the academy
