Job Responsibility:
Strategic Planning, Execution & Leadership Partnership: Collaborate closely with the CEO, SEA and all stakeholders to develop, execute the organization strategic vision, goals and initiatives and to address issues and challenges
Serve as a trusted advisor, provide data driven insights and analysis to support decision-making
Translate CEO/HODs vision into actionable plans and cross functional initiatives
Identify and assess strategic risks, develop mitigation plans and ensure the organization’s resilience in a dynamic business environment
Drive budget process and collaborate with all departments to ensure timely submission and value add to the business
Serves as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing communication on behalf of CEO, SEA on business strategies and execution
Project Management: Lead and oversee projects, initiatives, and strategic priorities
Drive the execution of these projects, initiatives and strategic priorities, monitoring progress and performance metrics
Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency across SEA
Lead, facilitate cross functional collaboration eg regional meetings including identifying best practices and business reviews
Others: Be the BCP champion
Ensure organizational resilience by partnering with all HODs to develop, maintain and update the Business Continuity Plans
Data Privacy & Protection champion (including CCTV)
Implement and monitor data privacy protocols during incidents
Crisis Management
Lead crisis response activities, coordinate communication and escalation processes and execution of contingency plans
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Economics, Finance, or related field
Minimum 8 - 12 years of experience in strategy, management consulting, or business operations
Proven track record partnering with C-suite leaders on strategy execution and business reviews
Demonstrated success in end-to-end program/project management and cross-functional initiatives at regional scale
Experience in financial planning and budget cycles, with ability to interpret financials and link to business outcomes
