Job Responsibility

  • Strategic Planning, Execution & Leadership Partnership: Collaborate closely with the CEO, SEA and all stakeholders to develop, execute the organization strategic vision, goals and initiatives and to address issues and challenges
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, provide data driven insights and analysis to support decision-making
  • Translate CEO/HODs vision into actionable plans and cross functional initiatives
  • Identify and assess strategic risks, develop mitigation plans and ensure the organization’s resilience in a dynamic business environment
  • Drive budget process and collaborate with all departments to ensure timely submission and value add to the business
  • Serves as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing communication on behalf of CEO, SEA on business strategies and execution
  • Project Management: Lead and oversee projects, initiatives, and strategic priorities
  • Drive the execution of these projects, initiatives and strategic priorities, monitoring progress and performance metrics
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency across SEA
  • Lead, facilitate cross functional collaboration eg regional meetings including identifying best practices and business reviews
  • Others: Be the BCP champion
  • Ensure organizational resilience by partnering with all HODs to develop, maintain and update the Business Continuity Plans
  • Data Privacy & Protection champion (including CCTV)
  • Implement and monitor data privacy protocols during incidents
  • Crisis Management
  • Lead crisis response activities, coordinate communication and escalation processes and execution of contingency plans

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Economics, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 8 - 12 years of experience in strategy, management consulting, or business operations
  • Proven track record partnering with C-suite leaders on strategy execution and business reviews
  • Demonstrated success in end-to-end program/project management and cross-functional initiatives at regional scale
  • Experience in financial planning and budget cycles, with ability to interpret financials and link to business outcomes
