You will be joining the strategy team which is responsible for analyzing the current business, deliver on key strategic initiatives & solve the challenges faced. As a business strategy intern, you will be working on a project basis with various stakeholders to solve a challenge or to deliver a strategic initiative. The expectation is to have an active role in all aspects of the project: identifying issues, forming hypotheses, designing and conducting analyses, synthesizing conclusions into recommendations and implementing change. They are typically involved in discussions and presentations to senior leaders. The strategy unit reports into the Chief of Staff (to the CEO). The unit will be working in close collaboration with the various head of departments and C-suite members.
Job Responsibility:
Structure ambiguous problems and take action to solve them
Synthesize complex information to identify the key challenges and diagnose the problem
Identify potential solutions to solve the problems and challenges faced
Communicate effectively with all audiences, including senior leaders, in a structured manner to share the findings and project updates
Manage presentations for the CEO during corporate reporting, internal and external events
