We are seeking a strategic analyst to own the government procurement intelligence function for T-Mobile’s Federal, DoD, and SLED pursuit pipeline — monitoring procurement signals, tracking contract expirations, and producing the intelligence that positions T-Mobile upstream of solicitations before competitors engage. It involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to perform complex analyses and deliver insights that inform critical business decisions. The role requires synthesizing recommendations and constructing executive-level presentations to communicate findings clearly and effectively. Success is measured by the ability to influence decision-making, drive cross-functional collaboration, and provide actionable business insights. The work impacts organizational strategy and supports leadership in aligning business initiatives with market dynamics and customer needs.

Produce and own the monthly Government Winback Calendar: highest-priority expiring Federal and SLED contracts with engagement windows, agency stakeholder context, and competitive vulnerability assessment
Create and deliver executive-level presentations that clearly communicate complex analyses and recommendations
Coordinate cross-functional activities and communications to support strategic initiatives and leadership engagements
Synthesize business insights and craft messaging tailored to diverse audiences to support performance reviews and growth initiatives
Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
