Job Description

The Business Steering & Planning team is the strategic newsroom of the Business Operations & Steering unit. We are moving beyond standard reporting to true business steering, acting as the primary advisory body to the ZMS Management Team. Our mandate is to consolidate complex data into clear narratives, manage the company’s financial rhythm, and ensure that every decision is backed by robust planning. We are looking for a Business Steering Analyst to join our engine room. In this role, you will be the guardian of our steering cadences, ensuring that our data is accurate, our insights are timely, and our reporting formats are always executive-ready. You will support the team in translating raw performance figures into the "Why" behind the numbers.

Job Responsibility

  • Own the operational preparation of weekly and monthly steering formats

Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a quantitative field
  • 2–4 years of professional experience in an analytical role (e.g., Junior/Mid Controlling, Business Analysis, or Sales Operations)
  • Power User in Excel or Google Sheets
