Job Description:

The AVP / Business Sr. Analyst role is part of the Enterprise Data Office (EDO) team at Citi, tasked with driving data quality and governance across the organization. Key activities include regulatory compliance, program tracking, reporting, portal PO responsibilities, and risk management. This hybrid position is based in Tampa, Florida, and entails close collaboration with cross-functional teams. The role emphasizes organizational, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with opportunities to operate independently and work on critical, high-level projects.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support Consent Order commitments including tracking overall closure, responding to program requests, and review and challenge of materials prepared for various stakeholder groups
  • ensure quality, efficiency, and accuracy throughout the reporting and program management process
  • assist with monthly reporting processes to provide senior management with insight into Consent Order progress and promote effective decision making across the team
  • assist in sprint planning, documenting test cases, testing user stories, and identifying any issues as part of Portal PO responsibilities
  • assist in developing business material to drive discussions with stakeholders across the managed regulatory commitments
  • ensure that data is summarized and communicated in a clear and concise manner that tells the right story about complex and critical information to senior management, review and challenge teams, partner/stakeholder teams, and regulators
  • proactively identify and manage risks, dependencies, and develop solutions to escalate and mitigate them
  • has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision
  • can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy
  • foster and maintain strong relations with the various governance teams (TLQC/BFQC/PMO) to achieve target-state outcomes

Requirements:

  • 5 + years' experience
  • prior work experience in Risk Management or Project Management
  • must be extremely organized, motivated and a self-starter
  • excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to facilitate discussions
  • team player and relationship management skills
  • ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines
  • willingness to ask questions, challenge the process and seek out answers
  • ability to work independently, multi-task, and take ownership of various parts of a project or initiative
  • excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • bachelor’s/university degree or equivalent experience required
  • master’s degree preferred
