As a Sourcer on Range’s Talent team, you’ll support top-of-funnel recruiting efforts across a wide range of non-technical roles, including business operations, sales, marketing, finance, customer experience, and other generalist functions. You’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying high-quality candidates while delivering an exceptional candidate experience from first contact. This role is ideal for someone with early sourcing experience who enjoys variety, high-volume pipelines, and bringing creativity to how teams are built in a fast-growing startup environment.
Job Responsibility:
Own top-of-funnel sourcing efforts for business, operations, and go-to-market roles
Proactively source candidates through creative outbound strategies
Review inbound applications and assess candidate alignment with role requirements and Range values
Craft personalized, engaging outreach tailored to a wide range of candidate profiles
Partner closely with recruiters to schedule initial screens and ensure a smooth transition into the interview process
Maintain accurate tracking of sourcing activity, outreach, and pipeline health in the ATS
Experiment with new sourcing channels, messaging, and approaches to improve response rates and candidate quality
Represent Range as a thoughtful and compelling employer brand to every candidate you engage
Requirements:
2–3 years of experience in a sourcing or recruiting support role, focused on business, generalist, or GTM hiring
Experience at a large tech company or agency
Proven ability to manage high-volume pipelines across multiple role types
Strong written communication skills and an ability to tailor outreach to different audiences
A creative and resourceful approach to sourcing, you’re excited to try new ideas beyond standard templates
Comfort working with ATS and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter or similar platforms)
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle competing priorities
Interest in startups, fintech, and building teams during periods of rapid growth
