The Business Technology Enablement and Innovation team, within the BizTech organization, leads the mission to deliver innovative technology, empowering our employees to utilize technology productively, driving connection, and scale support for employees. We bridge the gap between traditional IT and engineering teams by providing quick solutions, consultations, and guidance beyond traditional support, with a focus on enhancing workflows and tools utilizing AI. We are seeking a world-class Business Systems Engineer to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for providing quick solutions utilizing internal tools and agentic AI, to support and assist teams in enhancing their day to day workflows, overseeing the end-to-end delivery of system and tool changes as required, and providing support to those solutions. Your expertise will help provide solutions to stakeholder challenges, promote industry best practices, and maintain data integrity and accuracy within our platforms. A high degree of focus on practical AI and understanding the current state of industry as AI technology changes is critical.

Job Responsibility:

  • Feature Support: Managing product feature lifecycles, which includes responding to production support issues and handling change requests.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Engaging directly with business partners to define and agree upon necessary changes, covering requirements gathering, design, delivery timelines, and testing plans.
  • Platform Enhancement: Focusing on optimizing and enhancing their team's platforms, seeking out opportunities for process improvement and automation using technical and analytical skills.
  • Technical Delivery: Taking ownership of the partial delivery of system or tool changes, including the execution of configuration updates and building low to medium complexity solutions and bug fixes.
  • Information Gathering and Strategy: Working with cross-functional teams to translate their needs into effective platform solutions, and using data and reporting to suggest actionable insights for data-driven decisions.
  • Independent Execution: Operating with minimal supervision, demonstrating advanced knowledge of business principles, and independently creating critical deliverables such as detailed process flows, controls documentation, and project plans for single-stakeholder projects.
  • Proactive Risk Management: Collaborating with team members to manage and prioritize tasks based on deadlines and proactively documenting delivery risks and recommending mitigation strategies.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of professional experience with proven enterprise-grade systems implementations, IT consulting or similar field leveraging advanced platform integrations
  • Proven experience with Agentic AI workflows and platforms
  • Demonstrated experience designing and implementing custom business solutions and integrations using enterprise platforms including Contentstack and taxonomy platforms, with Graphite as preferred platform
  • Knowledge of data modeling, business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker), and enterprise reporting best practices.
  • Skilled at stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration in large global organizations.
  • Adept at contributing to complex projects, simplifying technical concepts, and promoting operational excellence.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in critiquing technical designs and leading workshops.
  • Exemplifies strong communication fundamentals.
  • Proficient in designing and implementing data management strategies to ensure data integrity.
  • Identifies opportunities for product improvements and standardizes processes, obtaining necessary buy-in from stakeholders.
  • Experience with productivity tools such as Google Workspace, JIRA, Asana, Slack, etc.
