This is a long-term contract position offering a dynamic and supportive environment where you will play a key role in administrative and customer service functions. The ideal candidate is adaptable, detail-oriented, and eager to provide exceptional support to both customers and internal teams.
Job Responsibility:
Deliver outstanding customer service and support, ensuring attentive and friendly communication with clients and colleagues
Assist team members with tasks such as shipping computers and managing back-office operations
Address inquiries by accessing organizational portals to check information like PTO balances and other employee data
Create and maintain spreadsheets for monthly reporting and other administrative tasks using Microsoft Excel
Collaborate with the business solution advocate lead during a 4-5 week training period to gain expertise in processes and workflows
Ensure technical requests are promptly directed to the appropriate department or team
Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills, fostering positive interactions and efficient problem-solving
Support growth opportunities within the organization while committing to the role for at least two years
Maintain a flexible schedule, occasionally arriving early or staying late to meet business needs
Uphold a people-focused approach, consistently demonstrating empathy and a commitment to quality in all interactions
Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative roles, including receptionist duties and data entry
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with the ability to create and manage spreadsheets
Strong customer service skills, with a focus on clear and positive communication
Ability to multitask and adapt to a variety of responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities to address challenges effectively
Willingness to commit to the position for a minimum of two years
Flexibility to adjust work hours when needed, ensuring business continuity
