We are looking for a Business Solutions Account Executive to join our team in Spain. In this role, you will manage and grow a B2B client portfolio, building authentic and long-term relationships with key accounts while identifying new business opportunities. You will be a trusted partner for our clients — someone who takes ownership, creates real impact, and embodies the Smartbox mission of turning everyday moments into extraordinary experiences.
Job Responsibility
Manage and grow a B2B client portfolio with a focus on long-term relationships, personalised attention, and commercial excellence — tracking results through monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives
Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities, leveraging tools such as Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to prospect, engage, and convert leads
Analyse sales data to continuously improve performance, contribute to team strategy, and share knowledge across the department to collectively raise the bar
Coordinate cross-functionally with internal teams (Backoffice, Marketing, Operations) to ensure best-in-class client experience, including providing transversal support to the Backoffice department as needed — covering inbox management, inbound calls, and absence cover
Contribute to the team’s visibility and brand presence through participation in corporate events, LinkedIn activity, newsletters, and other initiatives that strengthen Smartbox’s position in the B2B market
Requirements
Proven track record in B2B sales or account management, with strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
Strong commercial acumen with a proactive, results-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills in Spanish and English
Degree in Business, Tourism, Marketing or related field
Prior experience in B2B sales, account management, or a similar commercial role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), Salesforce or equivalent CRM, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Upper-intermediate level of English
