Job Description

We are looking for a Business Solutions Account Executive to join our team in Spain. In this role, you will manage and grow a B2B client portfolio, building authentic and long-term relationships with key accounts while identifying new business opportunities. You will be a trusted partner for our clients — someone who takes ownership, creates real impact, and embodies the Smartbox mission of turning everyday moments into extraordinary experiences.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage and grow a B2B client portfolio with a focus on long-term relationships, personalised attention, and commercial excellence — tracking results through monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives
  • Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities, leveraging tools such as Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to prospect, engage, and convert leads
  • Analyse sales data to continuously improve performance, contribute to team strategy, and share knowledge across the department to collectively raise the bar
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with internal teams (Backoffice, Marketing, Operations) to ensure best-in-class client experience, including providing transversal support to the Backoffice department as needed — covering inbox management, inbound calls, and absence cover
  • Contribute to the team’s visibility and brand presence through participation in corporate events, LinkedIn activity, newsletters, and other initiatives that strengthen Smartbox’s position in the B2B market

Requirements

  • Proven track record in B2B sales or account management, with strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
  • Strong commercial acumen with a proactive, results-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills in Spanish and English
  • Degree in Business, Tourism, Marketing or related field
  • Prior experience in B2B sales, account management, or a similar commercial role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), Salesforce or equivalent CRM, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Upper-intermediate level of English
