Job Description

We are seeking a Business Solution Architect to design and optimise advanced, scalable business solutions for Corporate Functions and beyond. This role ensures alignment with architectural principles and governance, driving platform adoption and measurable improvements in efficiency, automation, and user experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver innovative solutions that strengthen VOIS’ competitive edge and future readiness.

Job Responsibility

  • Architect and implement advanced, scalable business solutions aligned with governance and architectural principles
  • Define and evolve Corporate Functions’ architecture strategy, frameworks, and standards
  • Drive platform adoption governance, focusing on automation, standardisation, and operational efficiency
  • Use adoption metrics to identify and prioritise high-impact improvement opportunities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on solution design, wireframing, and implementation
  • Represent Corporate Functions in internal architecture forums and external partner engagements
  • Support creation of business value cases, ensuring benefit realisation and cost optimisation

Requirements

  • Over 5 years’ experience delivering business and solution architectures in large telecommunications or IT organisations
  • Strong knowledge of Finance, HR, and SCM domains with expertise in end-to-end process optimisation
  • Skilled in stakeholder management and influencing across business and technology teams
  • Proficient in Business Analysis, Solution Design Thinking, and Requirements Engineering
  • Experienced in defining and documenting solution architecture, including workflows and integration
  • Holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
  • Familiar with ERP systems, Data & Analytics, RPA, AI, and Microsoft platforms
  • Highly proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working in complex, multi-project environments
