Business Services Specialist – Global Tech Client. Are you a master of logistics with a passion for people? We are currently pipelining for a Business Services Specialist to join our team in Hungary, supporting one of our Global RPO technical brands. In this role, you won’t just manage tasks; you’ll craft "unforgettable experiences" for candidates and stakeholders alike. Job Responsibility:

  • Coordinate the Candidate Journey: Schedule and manage complex interviews across multiple time zones for candidates and hiring managers
  • Data Integrity: Maintain precise records within Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment databases
  • Strategic Support: Assist with reporting, presentations, and the management of job advertisements
  • Process Innovation: Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to boost team efficiency
  • Information Management: Handle high-volume inbox management and ensure strict adherence to data protection standards
