Supporting the Operations and Client Project Manager with all implementation and project management duties across the German operations.
Job Responsibility
Working closely with the project manager to support the project implementation process by creating a project implementation plan, setting up the system, and briefing the relevant stakeholders in delivery
Managing the program delivery fees/budget, project launch, orientation sessions, clients workshops online or onsite face-to-face
Handling the daily relationship with the client and dealing with the escalations
Monitoring the satisfaction of the participant on projects and ensuring that the projects are running smoothly together with the key stakeholder and with the support of the project manager
Driving best practice of system usage by identifying problems and recommending solutions in collaboration with other colleagues
Working closely with CV writers and coaching teams by assigning work to them, checking and following up on overdue projects, and by responding to them regarding their queries
Ad-hoc operations reporting in Excel, tracking and presenting project data, and attending client project calls
Requirements
Fluent German and English (both written and verbal)
Strong experience in the same or similar role(s) like project coordination
Strong experience in client facing and stakeholder management
Good at time management, multitasking, and prioritizing tasks
Attention to detail to keep track of multiple assignments, coach details and dates
Excellent communication skills (for written, verbal, presentation, responding to client and external/internal stakeholders)
Very good organizational skills to manage several work assignments simultaneously
Logical thinking and problem-solving skills to deal with any schedule conflicts or delivery issues
Friendly, approachable manner when dealing with internal or external stakeholders
Nice to have
Good knowledge of Google Workspace and Excel would be a plus
