Job Description:

Ensure data integrity and operational efficiency by managing the seamless transition of information between management platforms (Salesforce/MyPilot) and deployment tools (Torch). The position holder supports the activity of consultants and project managers through rigorous management of resources and training events.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage interface between Salesforce (MyPilot) and Torch
  • create and update candidate files
  • handle service upgrades by updating candidate packages
  • guarantee compliance and accuracy of transferred information
  • create and configure new consultant profiles in Torch
  • schedule and set up workshops in Torch
  • administer activation groups in MyPilot
  • act as direct support for Project Managers in maintaining tracking tools
  • update steering files and databases

Requirements:

  • French-speaking
  • experience in data management or administration
  • proficiency with Salesforce, MyPilot, and Torch is beneficial
