We are now expanding this exciting project and are looking for a Business Service Specialist - French Speaker to join the growing team in Budapest. As a Business Service Specialist, you’ll be supporting the Randstad Risesmart team on administrative and operational tasks related to legal client management.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supporting administrative tasks such as HR Legal documentation, and ensuring accuracy of records
  • Collaborating with the French team
  • Communicating with clients and internal teams in French and English
  • Working on internal process improvement initiatives
  • Learning to use tools like Salesforce, and G Suite
  • Assisting in quality control, identifying errors, and proactively proposing corrective actions

Requirements:

  • Fluent French and English (spoken and written)
  • Administrative, back-office, or HR legal experience (releasing, onboarding, termination, amendments, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
  • A collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset
  • Confidence in working with confidential data and managing various digital tools

Nice to have:

  • Experience in Salesforce, Google Sheets
  • Previous roles in customer support, or helpdesk
