We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Service Specialist to join our Global Business Services (GBS) team in Budapest. This is a critical full-time administrative position supporting a new account launch and will serve as a key client-facing role.
Job Responsibility:
Serve as the primary client-facing point of contact for all administrative and operational inquiries related to the new account
Maintain professional written and oral communication with clients and stakeholders in both Dutch and English
Ensure all client communication is clear, efficient, and timely
Provide essential administrative support to the Talent Acquisition (TA) team to facilitate daily operations
Assist the TA team with general administrative tasks to ensure the successful launch of the new account
Manage data and reporting tasks using Microsoft Excel
Create and maintain data reports, requiring a solid working knowledge of Excel functions and Pivot tables
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data used for operational and management reporting
Requirements:
Must have fluent written and oral communication skills in both Dutch and English
Excellent communication skills
Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including a solid understanding of functions and Pivot tables
