Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Oversee the delivery of accounts, tax, and advisory services to a varied client portfolio
Drive business development and contribute to the strategic growth of the firm
Lead, manage, and develop a team of accountants and support staff
Ensure technical compliance and maintain high standards of client service
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

Requirements:

ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
Proven experience at a senior management or partner level within practice
Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
Strong technical knowledge across accounts and taxation
Must have a minimum of 6 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
