Job Description:

This is a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join a thriving practice offering flexible working, a competitive company pension scheme, and much more. The successful candidate will play a key role in the continued growth and strategic direction of the firm’s Business Services function.

Job Responsibility:

Lead and develop the Business Services department
Oversee a portfolio of clients, providing high-quality accounting and advisory services
Support and mentor team members to achieve their professional goals
Drive internal efficiencies and service improvements
Collaborate with other Partners on strategic planning and business development

Requirements:

ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
Significant experience in a senior leadership role within practice
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong commercial awareness and client relationship management
Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
