Job Responsibility:

Manage a portfolio of business clients across various sectors
Review accounts, tax returns and other deliverables prepared by the team
Oversee, mentor and support junior staff
Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high service standards
Assist with business development and practice growth initiatives

Requirements:

ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
Must have a minimum of 4 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
Strong technical knowledge of accounting and tax principles
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritise workload
