Job Description:

Crowe Watson Recruitment is delighted to be working with a leading firm of Chartered Accountants in Cwmbran in the search for a Business Services Manager. Job Responsibility:

Manage a varied portfolio of clients, ensuring timely delivery of services
Review and finalise accounts prepared by junior staff
Provide business and tax advice to clients
Supervise, train and support a team of junior and senior accountants
Develop and maintain strong client relationships
Support the firm’s growth through networking and business development activities

Requirements:

ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
Must have a minimum of 4 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Strong technical knowledge and up-to-date understanding of accounting standards
Proven leadership and staff management experience
Ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
