Job Description:

Crowe Watson Recruitment is delighted to be working with a highly regarded firm of Chartered Accountants in Bolton who are seeking a Business Services Manager to join their team. Job Responsibility:

Managing a portfolio of clients across a range of industries
Reviewing statutory accounts and corporate tax returns
Leading and mentoring junior team members
Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and deadlines
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Supporting Partners with business development and practice growth

Requirements:

ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent
Must have a minimum of 4 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
Strong technical knowledge of accounting and tax
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Experience managing client relationships and staff
Comfortable using accounting software packages (e.g. Xero, QuickBooks)
