Job Description:

Crowe Watson Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for a Business Services Manager on behalf of a highly regarded and leading firm of Chartered Accountants in Perth. Job Responsibility:

Managing a diverse portfolio of business services clients
Overseeing the preparation and review of accounts and tax returns
Supporting and mentoring junior team members
Liaising directly with clients, providing proactive advice and solutions
Supporting Partners in business development activities
Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations

Requirements:

ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
Must have a minimum of 4 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness
Excellent communication and leadership skills
A proactive and client-focused approach
