Job Description:

Crowe Watson Recruitment is delighted to be working with a leading firm of Chartered Accountants in Bridgend who are looking to recruit a Business Services Manager to join their growing team. Job Responsibility:

Managing a varied portfolio of business clients
Reviewing accounts and tax returns prepared by the team
Supporting and developing junior staff
Providing commercial advice and insights to clients
Ensuring deadlines and compliance requirements are met
Assisting in driving growth and continuous improvement within the department

Requirements:

ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
Must have a minimum of 5 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
Proven experience managing a portfolio of clients
Strong technical knowledge across accounts and tax
Excellent communication and organisational skills
