We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Business Services Coordinator to support our daily operations and deliver exceptional service to both internal and external customers. This role plays a critical part in ensuring efficient business processes by managing customer interactions, coordinating service requests, and supporting cross-functional administrative needs. Job Responsibility
Serve as a primary point of contact for incoming customer calls, ensuring timely resolution and a high standard of service
Some cash handling responsibilities as required
Process electronic and telephone orders and service requests
Monitor and manage the general email inbox, responding to inquiries and routing requests as needed
Coordinate service dispatch and schedule service calls, including placing and tracking work orders
Conduct customer follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction and resolution of issues
Prepare and process shipping routes, including printing and posting necessary documentation
Address customer inquiries, discrepancies, complaints, and invoice-related questions via phone, email, and written communication
Process refunds and support billing-related activities
Perform program auditing and support efforts to ensure compliance with company service standards
Assist with administrative tasks and cross-functional projects as needed to support overall business operations
Requirements
3–5 years of relevant work experience preferred
High School Diploma required
Associate's Degree preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer service mindset with the ability to resolve issues effectively
High level of organization, attention to detail, and accuracy
Ability to prioritize workload, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines
Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships across teams
Demonstrates professionalism, reliability, and sound judgment in all interactions
